United sent scouts to watch over couple of talents

Manchester United have been linked with a couple of players recently.

Firstly, the Mirror has claimed that United have been monitoring Benfica youngster Goncalo Guedes.

The report mentions that United scouts were present at Benfica’s game against Feirense on Sunday to monitor the 19-year-old winger.

The likes of Juventus, Valencia, Osasuna and Middlesbrough have also been linked with the youngster.

He still has five years left in his current, so United will likely have to pay a hefty sum for his services.
Guedes is represented by Jorge Mendes, who is also the agent of United manager Jose Mourinho.

The Red Devils have been linked with another young winger in the transfer market.

ESPN FC has claimed that United are stepping their interest in Racing Genk winger Leon Bailey.

The report claims that United’s chief scout Jim Lawlor was present at Genk’s 3-1 Europa League win over Sassuolo last week.

The 19-year-old was named the best young player in Belgium last season.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool are also reportedly monitoring the youngster.
