Benayoun announces retirement at 38

Former Israel international attacker Yossi Benayoun has retired from football, after a career that saw him play for some of England’s top clubs. Benayoun came to the Premier League from Spain, where he had played with Racing Santander, joining West Ham in 2005 where he scored 8 goals in 63 matches.
