Blackburn boss Steve Kean has spoken of his privilege to be in charge at Ewood Park and believes that it is a fantastic opportunity. The Scotsman has had to cope with fan protest this season, but Rovers now have a fantastic chance of surviving the drop to the Championship.
Goals from Mauro Formica and Junior Hoilett secured a vital 2-0 win for Blackburn against Norwich on Saturday, but there were still protests against Kean and the club’s owners Venky’s. Kean is confident that he will still be in charge at Ewood Park next season and believes that the club are in the process of change, which is something the fans have to get used to.
Kean
Hoilett has been in great form so far this season, but with his contract expiring at the end of the season, Blackburn are hoping to sit down with the Canadian international to thrash out a new deal. Kean is confident that he will stay at the club and form the mainstay of a side that has potential to perform in the future Premier League seasons.
