Arsenal are apparently lining up a stunning £85m quadruple transfer raid this summer that would hopefully see them sign Porto’s Jackson Martinez, Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, Arturo Vidal and Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, according to the Metro.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has identified the foursome as the ideal candidates to help the club reclaim the Premier League title after a lengthy absence.
Colombian international Martinez has already stated that he will be leaving Porto this summer in search for a higher standard of football, while Schneiderlin has also stated his desire to move on from Southampton in search of Champions League football.
Juve star Arturo Vidal has been the subject of some intense speculation for the best part of a year, while Cech is angling for a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer after losing his place in the Chelsea squad to Thibaut Courtois.
Wenger hopes to land all of his summer targets, but needs to be aware that they are just one of many clubs keen on landing all four.
