Arsenal have been told it will cost them £40m to snap up highly-rated winger Yacine Brahimi this summer, according to The
Arsenal News and Goals
The Gunners have been keeping a close watch on the 25-year-old, who has built on his impressive performances at last summer’s World Cup with Algeria by enhancing his reputation with with Portuguese big guns this term.
And their chances of snapping him up have seemingly increased after Porto performed a U-turn over their initial stance on his future, and are now ready to sell, but only if an interested party can match their £40m valuation.
Having bagged himself 13 goals in 41 appearances in all competitions last term – five of which came in the Champions League – Arsene Wenger is keen to bring him on board as he can feature either on the wing or behind the striker.
However, Arsenal aren’t the only side interested in his services, as the likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich and AC Milan are all monitoring his situation, too.
