Musonda was linked with a move to Arsenal while still at Belgian club Anderlecht, but instead opted for a move to Stamford Bridge.
However, having seen his path to regular first team football blocked in west London, he has emerged as a target from cross city rivals Arsenal, who are reported to be in talks with him, and he is refusing to rule out a transfer.
“I’m also well aware of the news, nothing has been done yet,” he said.
“I will reflect personally with my family and agent and come to a conclusion that hopefully benefits the continuity of my progression.
“I’m looking forward to playing football next year.”
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has yet to make a first team appearance for Chelsea, and has since been linked with loan moves to Ligue 1 sides Monaco and Marseille.
However, Arsenal are hoping to convince the young Belgian to stay in England by offering him a deal, though they will unlikely to be able to promise him any more playing time than the Blues can.
