Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has already reportedly said goodbye to a number of his current teammates, as he prepares to complete his £30m move to Real Madrid.

According to The Sun, a friend of several of the United squad members revealed that the 24-year-old has bid farewell to his club colleagues as he expects his move to the Bernabeu to be completed imminently.
The news will be a massive setback for Louis van Gaal as he attempts to build a team that can challenge for the Premier League title.
Although they have Victor Valdes in reserve, his countryman has recovered from having his future at Old Trafford questioned shortly after his arrival, to become one of the best goalkeepers in the world. His performances early on in this season kept the club in plenty of games that they looked set to lose.
And while Valdes put in a tremendous display against Hull on the final day of the campaign, De Gea has become one of the very first names on the teamsheet, despite the presence of a world class keeper in the background.
If the reports in The Sun are correct, van Gaal now needs to think whether he sticks with the 33-year-old, or decides to open the chequebook and attempt to replace the departing stopper.
