Former Arsenal full-back Lauren has seemingly confirmed that Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech is on his way to the Emirates this summer, after referring to the 33-year-old as a Gooner, and wishing him luck.
According to the Daily Mirror, the veteran stopper is reportedly keen on a move across the capital, having the lost his place in the Blues’ starting line up to Thibaut Courtois. Accepting that they cannot keep their loyal servant on the bench for another season, the Premier League champions are willing to let him leave, but would much rather that he chose Paris Saint-Germain instead.
However, Cech’s desire to remain in London has made a move to Arsenal seem the most likely outcome, and if the former defender’s comments are anything to go by, the deal may already be done. Unsurprisingly, Lauren has given the move his blessing.
#All the best to Cech. Long time without stability in that position and another great gooner move to get the Premier League.

After enjoying over 15 years of their back four being supported by a largely reliable goalkeeper, Gunners fans have had to watch a cluster of stoppers commit several mistakes that have ultimately cost them the glory they have threatened in recent years.
But, signing Cech would finally provide them with a presence between the sticks that could compete with both David Seaman and Jens Lehmann. With so much quality already in the squad, the Chelsea goalkeeper may be the final piece in a title-winning jigsaw.
