Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere clearly doesn’t hold a grudge like most Gunners fans do, after naming infamous turncoats Ashley Cole, Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas to his dream teammate XI.
However, one man feeling the sting of exclusion is current Gunners star Mesut Ozil, whom Wilshere discarded in favour of some of Arsenal’s now most hated men.
Having featured for the Gunners over the past seven years, and England for the last five, he has lined up alongside some of the finest players in the game right now, so choosing a starting XI of his favourite teammates can’t have been easy.
Current Arsenal players Laurent Koscielny and Santi Cazorla both feature, as does the Gunners former right-back Bacary Sagna, who also left the club under a slightly grey cloud.
But his selection was wrapped up with a few of his international colleagues as he picked Joe Hart, John Terry, Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney.
Shockingly, no Tottenham players were included.
