The model takes into account everything from net profit, revenue and wage to turnover ratio, and has revealed that Arsenal are worth £1,118bn, with their Emirates Stadium contributing significantly towards their wealth.
That puts the club in second place behind Manchester United, who top the table with a worth of £1.484bn.

Premier League new boys Sunderland are propping up the table with a worth of just £104m, and the bottom three is completed by Sunderland and Leicester.
