Chelsea set £10m asking price for winger after rejecting West Ham bid

Chelsea have knocked back a £6m offer from West Ham for winger Victor Moses, but have reportedly decided that they would be willing to sell the Nigerian if a bid of £10m is made, according to the Daily Express.

The Express claim that the Blues’ acquisition of Pedro could lead to the departures of both Moses and Colombian flop Juan Cuadrado.

And while Cuadrado is set to return to Serie A with Juventus interested (via Daily Mirror), the former Crystal Palace man looks set to remain in the Premier League, with Tottenham joining the Hammers in the chase for the 24-year-old. (via Express)

Pedro’s arrival may have come as something of a disappointment for the winger as, despite spending the last two seasons out on loan with first, Liverpool and then, Stoke, it appeared that he may feature in Jose Mourinho’s plans for the upcoming season, having played in all of their pre-season fixtures. He was also a late substitute in the Community Shield.

However, it appears that his days at Stamford Bridge are numbered.
