Roberto Firmino – Liverpool
Firmino’s arrival is a real statement of intent from The Reds and could turn out to be their marquee signing in a summer of big arrivals at Anfield.
Like Depay, he arrives with a big price tag around his neck and an expectation to hit the ground running. However, coming from the Bundesliga the adaptation shouldn’t be too much of a shock.
He contributed towards 44 goals last term – both scoring and assisting – and with a brand new strike force to feed he can expect to be up there amongst the league’s top assist makers again this time around.
