West Ham will face their London rivals Tottenham at London Park in an early kick-off on Saturday.
The Hammers have picked up four points from their last two games, after starting the season with three consecutive defeats. The East London side climbed up to the 17th-spot after their goalless draw with West Brom last weekend, and they also registered an impressive 3-0 win over Bolton Wanderers in the midweek League Cup game. Manager Slaven Bilic will be hoping for the run to continue, but it would be a huge task for them to get anything out of the game against Spurs. However, it’s a huge derby for them and they would be up to cause an upset in front of the home fans.
Spurs will be delighted to be on the road after dropping points at home once again – in a goalless draw against Swansea on Saturday. The North London side have eight points from their five games, and currently, occupy the fifth spot in the table. Both of their wins have come away from the road, and they struggled to a 1-0 League Cup win against Barnsley at home on Tuesday.
Last season, both sides won their home fixtures, and the Hammers claimed a shock 1-0 win in the corresponding fixture in May.
