Tottenham 4-2 Burnley: Spurs come from behind to earn place in the FA Cup fourth round

Tottenham came from 2-0 down against Burnley to win 4-2 at White Hart Lane to book their place in the FA Cup fourth round, reports BBC Sport.

Burnley raced to an early 2-0 lead, with goals from Marvin Sordell and Ross Wallace inside of 10 minutes, but had their advantage halved just minutes later through Tottenham midfielder Paulinho.

Etienne Capoue then levelled the game before half-time which saw Tottenham then in the ascendancy. The Londoners scored two goals in three second-half minutes through Vlad Chiriches and Danny Rose to earn an impressive 4-2 win.

The result sees Tottenham into the fourth round of the FA Cup, where Mauricio Pochettino’s side will face Leicester City at home, while Burnley suffer yet another defeat to Spurs this season.
