Tottenham flop Roberto Soldado may finally be heading for the White Hart Lane exit this summer, with Spurs bracing themselves for a £15m loss.
According to the Daily Mirror, Galatasaray are interested in the striker, and have begun talks about a possible move.
The 30-year-old joined Mauricio Pochettino’s side two years ago, in a deal which the Mirror report cost the club £26m. But despite making a promising start to life in the Premier League, the Spaniard has desperately struggled for form.
His two seasons in the top flight have produced just seven goals in over fifty appearances, and his situation has not been helped by the startling emergence of Harry Kane.
Soldado’s struggles have meant that Spurs will be willing to accept a considerable loss on the forward, with the Mirror reporting that they are hoping for £11m.
However, the Turkish champions are hoping to buy the player for even less, with the Mirror suggesting that £9m is the region they are looking at.
