Fabio Borini and Mario Balotelli could be on the way out of Liverpool in the coming days, if their respective Twitter accounts are anything to go by.

Both players struggled at Anfield last season, scoring just one goal apiece in the Premier League, and the duo took to the social media website this morning to post equally cryptic messages regarding their future.
Borini’s tweet – seen below – has led to speculation regarding a possible move back to Sunderland for the Italian, who enjoyed a relatively successful period with the Black Cats while on loan at the Stadium of Light during the 2013-14 campaign.

Meanwhile, Balotelli has said thank you to his followers for their support. These kind of messages are usually reserved for when a player is about to leave a club and is thanking the fans for their backing. Could that be the case here?
Thanks everyone for the support.. I really wanna thanks everybody ??. My family thanks all of you too. — Mario Balotelli (@FinallyMario) July 5, 2015
The arrivals of Danny Ings and Divock Origi – who returns to Liverpool after a season on loan at Lille – has left the futures of Borini and Balotelli under increasing scrutiny since the transfer window opened earlier this week and it’s hard to see either player being at Anfield come the start of next season.
