Leeds United’s pre-season friendly defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt was completely overshadowed as some of the fans from both clubs violently clashed. According to the Metro,
The sets of supporters clashed on the pitch initially after some of the German fans decided to tear down a Leeds flag (via Metro).
Riot police were then called in as 100 Frankfurt supporters confronted fans of the Championship side following the final whistle, in scenes that saw two people – including one United fan – injured.

Leeds had lost the clash 2-1.
