Manchester United are actively pursuing another top signing according to the latest reports. This time, the player is Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi.
On Wednesday, Goal France reported that the 29-year-old, after receiving permission from the France national team and PSG, travelled to Manchester on a private plane for a medical on Monday.
However, according to Dufy, Matuidi hasn’t undergone a medical yet, but he insists that United manager Jose Mourinho is very much interested in signing the France international.

Matuidi moved to PSG for a transfer fee of around £7 million from Saint-Étienne in 2011. He has since become a key player for his country and club.
The central midfielder, who could be the fourth major signing of Jose Mourinho’s spell at United, is expected to cost around £22 million to the Red Devils.
Mourinho, in his press conference, revealed that he is looking for four signings this summer and Matuidi’s arrival could mean that United have accepted defeat in their pursuit of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain have seemingly already replaced Matuidi with the signing of Grzegorz Krychowiak from Sevilla.
