Everton are close to sealing a £13.5million deal to sign Senegalese international striker Oumar Niasse from CSKA Moscow, according to The Daily Mail. The striker has impressed in the Russian top-flight. Niasse arrived at the Toffees Finch Farm training ground earlier today and has now travelled to have a medical in Liverpool city centre.
