Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev has acknowledged that he will not be able to stop Thomas Lemar from leaving the club in the summer. The France international has been a target of Premier League sides Arsenal and Liverpool for almost a year now. The Gunners even made a late bid for him last summer, but his move was not sanctioned by the Ligue 1 club. Since then, he has been continuously linked with these two and other sides.
