The midfielder has enjoyed an amazing year with Augsburg – from where he is on loan from Bayern Munich – as the German side finished fifth in the Bundesliga, and subsequently qualified for the Europa League. He went into the European Championships with more appearances for the full national side than the under-21 side. Unsurprisingly, Tottenham are keen on the 19-year-old, according to the Metro, however Bayern rate him highly.
Harry Kane (England)
While his tournament has yet to kick into life, there is no doubt that few players have seen their stock rise quite as rapidly as the Tottenham forward over the past year. He scored 21 times in the Premier League, and has thus been attracting the attention of Manchester United (via BBC Sport). If he can fire Gareth Southgate’s side to glory, then you would imagine that Louis van Gaal’s interest may step up through the gears.
