Former Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne has confirmed that his agent has held ‘informal talks’ with representatives from Manchester City, according to the Metro.
Manchester City Transfer Gossip
The Belgian international has seen himself become one of the most in-demand players of the upcoming transfer market after a phenomenal first full season with the Bundesliga outfit in which he chalked up a return of 10 goals in 34 league games.
And not only that, he helped his Wolfsburg side to a second place finish in the table behind Bayern Munich by setting a league record of providing 20 assists, with his nearest rival finishing the campaign with nine less.

The 23-year-old also helped Wolfsburg to a German Cup win as well as being voted Bundesliga Player of the Year, which has only served to suggest that the club can demand double the £18m they paid Chelsea for him in January 2014.
But in a brief interview with Sky Sports, de Bruyne confirmed that “informal talks” had taken place, but it is not something he has given any serious thought about, and won’t do until the season ends for him next week.
