Southampton hero Matt Le Tissier believes that Morgan Schneiderlin would be better off moving to Manchester United than he would heading to Arsenal.

The Daily Express report that the French midfielder is wanted by the Premier League pair, as well as champions Chelsea.
And Le Tissier explained that signing for Louis van Gaal’s side would make the most sense, based on the players already at each club.
“Out of the top four clubs, I think Manchester United are more in need of him than Arsenal,” he explained.
“Arsenal have got a lot of midfield players. Would he be that much better than what they have already got?
“Possibly a little bit better, yes, but in terms of needing somebody in that position and being light in that position, I think Manchester United are more in need of him than Arsenal are,” Le Tissier explained.
Looking at the squads, it does that appear that the 25-year-old would make the largest impact at Old Trafford.
Francis Coquelin came into Arsene Wenger’s side halfway through the season, and went on to establish himself as one of the most important players in their team.
Likewise, Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic performs a similar role for the Blues, and has done it superbly for Jose Mourinho’s men this year.
Meanwhile, Manchester United’s Daley Blind is perhaps the only man that has even looked slightly comfortable in the holding midfield role. However, van Gaal appears to look at him as more of an utility player that is able to fill in practically anywhere across the pitch.
