Paris Saint Germain are said to be preparing a move for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero as an alternative to La Liga megastars Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, according to the Metro.
The Swede has been linked with an exit from the Parc des Princes this summer, and the club believe that Aguero would represent an ideal replacement should they most likely be priced out of a move for the Barcelona and Real Madrid forwards.
Aguero ended the previous Premier League campaign as the the top scorer with 26 goals, and would certainly live up to the bill as a marquee signing for the French giants should Zlatan move on.
However, with no fee being reported, City could price PSG out of a move before they even make their initial enquiries.
