The football boot market is a competitive one, but New Balance are set to announce their intention to shoot for the top with the release of these two stunning new pairs.
Now manufacturing Liverpool and Celtic’s kits, New Balance are unleashing the Visaro and the Furon, which are set to revolutionise attacking football as we know it.
Celebrating football the way it’s meant to be played, the Furon and the Visaro are designed especially for those kind of players that look to take risks and keep their teams moving forward.
Playings choosing the Visaro will be for those who ‘Make Chances’, while the Furon will be suited for players that are more adept to ‘Take Chances’.
So those who like to hug the touchline and send in crosses will be need to strap on a pair of Visaros, as the ‘Vari-zone Ariapene upper for incredible ball manipulation, a Super-Flex soleplate for exceptional ground contact and a low pressure instep’ will be more beneficial.
Those who enjoy leaving their markers for dead and look for chances in the box will be encouraged to wear the Furons, as they have a ‘stiffened soleplate for exceptional energy return and unparalleled acceleration. Also built into the boot is ultra-directional styf design for unrivalled straight-line speed.’

Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj is already a fan, saying: “What has been clear right from the start is that New Balance set out to design a boot to help attacking players – I have worked closely with them from the original prototype to ensure they achieve this. This boot feels like it’s been made especially for me and I know others will feel the same way.”
Meanwhile, New Balance’s Head of Global Football, Richard Wright, has explained further why they’re so special.

“Over 90 minutes, players cover more ground than ever before and the distances run in football far exceed that of any other sport. We have a very strong heritage in running and applying this expert knowledge to the endurance and high intensity of football,” he said.
“We recognise that the modern game is powered by attacking football. Therefore, we have developed two styles of boots for attack-minded players. The players that ‘Make Chances’ and the players that ‘Take Chances’. We believe these boots will meet the player’s performance demands and amplify their unique set of skills – not only just at the top level of the game but at every level of football.”
